The Brick brand was founded in June 2019 by a very frustrated Estate Agent Owner. Saul found managing the maintenance for over 150 rental properties time-consuming and, more importantly, stressful!

Being let down daily by “no-show” contractors or having to speak to 5 separate companies for issues at the same property got him thinking… there must be a better way to do this. That summer, Brick Maintenance was born.

Built exclusively for agents, landlords, and property managers, Brick currently has over 30 skilled contractors across the Midlands who can complete all types of work, from resealing a bath to installing a brand-new kitchen, or even undertaking a complete house refurbishment!

Coming from an agency background, our founder places a BIG emphasis on service. We understand the importance of acting quickly and respectfully, as well as effectively communicating with your tenants while representing your brand.
